Seamless with Microsoft 365
Mixed. Finance and operations finally sit in one system, but the interface carries some of its NAV heritage.

Great for a Microsoft shop
Native UK VAT and MTD meant no partner development for compliance. That said, it is a full ERP, so implementation was a proper project and the wrong partner is the main way it goes badly.
Pros
Native UK VAT and MTD meant no partner development for compliance.
Cons
It is a full ERP, so implementation was a proper project.

Real ERP, real project
For a Microsoft shop it feels like part of the estate, and working from Outlook and Excel with a live link to the data is seamless. Heavier than a small business that just needs accounting, but we live with it.
