What we do with your message

We keep your name, email address and message so we can reply and hold a record of the exchange. We also store a salted one way hash of your IP address and your browser user agent to catch spam. The raw IP address is never written to our database.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in answering enquiries about the site. Messages are deleted after 24 months. You can ask for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to delete it sooner, at any time. The privacy policy sets out how, and how to raise a complaint with the ICO.
