Does everything a small firm needs
CIS is handled from the entry tier, which the last package charged extra for. Only real gripe is that payroll is a separate add on, so the real monthly cost is higher than it looks.

Bank feed is the reason we switched
The mobile app lets me raise an invoice from a client site, and the bank feed categorises so well that Monday mornings are no longer a chore. Custom reporting only really opens up on Advanced, which is a big jump, but we live with it.
