The app gets used

Having HR, payroll and benefits in one place ended three subscriptions, and the benefits marketplace gave staff something they actually noticed. No complaints so far.

Pros

Having HR, payroll and benefits in one place ended three subscriptions.

Cons

A dedicated payroll tool handles our odd cases better.

One platform replaced three

The free payroll tier genuinely cost us nothing to start, and the employee app gets used, which is half the battle. All in one means good at lots rather than best at any one thing, but we live with it.

Pros

The free payroll tier genuinely cost us nothing to start.

Cons

All in one means good at lots rather than best at any one thing.

Broad, if not the deepest

The benefits marketplace gave staff something they actually noticed. That said, a dedicated payroll tool handles our odd cases better and the Australian roots show in a few workflows.

Free payroll got us started

Having HR, payroll and benefits in one place ended three subscriptions. Only real gripe is that all in one means good at lots rather than best at any one thing.

Consolidation was the win

Onboarding a new starter is smooth from offer to first payslip, and having HR, payroll and benefits in one place ended three subscriptions. A dedicated payroll tool handles our odd cases better, but we live with it.
